ARD can provide reception desks and courtroom furniture that incorporate materials that can help toward the accumulation of Leed points. Some of these "green" materials are shown below.
Worksurfaces Worksurfaces can be made of Forbo Marmoleum, an environmentally friendly material that is made of linseed oil. High pressure laminates from Formica, Nevamar, Wilsonart and others have been certified by Greenguard for Indoor Air Quality |

Counters A number of materials that are environmentally friendly are now available to be used as counters. Ice Stone is made of recycled glass and concrete and has the durability of granite. Dakota Mahogany and Jet Mist granite are regionally sourced and have no gas-off.

Wood Bamboo veneer has been shown to be green to the extent that is rapidly renewable, growing to usable size in 3-4 years. It comes in two natural colors, light and dark. Lyptus, a type of Eucalyptus is another environmentally friendly noble hardwood that can be used as substitute for Cherry or Mahogany |

Substrate ARD is able to provide Forest Stewardship Council certified wood composite substrates composed of preconsumer recycled material with no added formaldehyde. |

Adhesives and lacquer Water based adhesives and lacquers with very low Volatile Organic Compounds can be applied to lower emissions. |
